Renew your friendship with yourself and your joie de vivre (joy of life) in this fun movement with music session under the direction of Elaine Noonan of Fitness Unlimited. Elaine will guide you through focused breath-work and dance-inspired movement to help you regain flexibility, balance, and strength. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring a yoga mat or towel for a relaxation and visualization cool down. Open to all levels. No experience necessary. Registration begins Dec 5.
