Chair yoga is “Yoga for EveryBody”. If you have trouble getting down to the mat, sit at a desk all day, or just want to deepen your practice, chair yoga is for you. If you can breathe, you can do chair yoga. Marti Anne will guide you through a hour long practice where you’ll learn several ways to practice yoga while seated, or standing by a chair.. You’ll also learn how to synchronize your moves with your breath. No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate in this class. Experienced yogis are welcome, too. Registration required.
