Week Calendar

Ages 3 – 23 months Stories, music, action rhymes, and toy time for on-the-move babies with a caregiver. Siblings are welcome. No registration is required. Sign in on the Storytime Room door. 

Ages 1½ - 2 ½  Stories, music, and fun for the growing toddler with a caregiver. Siblings are welcome. No registration is required. Sign in on the Storytime Room door.

Ages 3 months – 6 years Dance around, listen to stories, sing songs, play with instruments, then move and groove with your friends during toy time. No registration is required. Sign in on the Meeting Room door.

Ages 2 – 3½ Get ready for super stories, spectacular songs, and silly crafts. No registration is required.  Sign in on the Storytime Room door.

Ages 3 months – 3 ½ years Join us for a special art and sensory program for our littlest library friends. We will create process-based art. No directions, no rules. Every child’s result will be unique.

Ages 3 – 36 months Stay after storytime for more toy time, or jump in and join us! There will be a unique out-of-the-box spin every week. No registration is required.  Sign in on the Storytime Room door.

Attention TWEENS!  Here is something JUST FOR YOU!  You have heard all about those fun painting parties for adults (you know, “Paint and Sips?”), but here is one we are hosting for YOU!  It will be SLIGHTLY different from the adult

Grades 1 – 4 Calling all creative kids! Come create some awesome art and more. January 21: Igloo in Northern Lights Registration begins Dec. 17.

Grades 4 – 8 Join us for awesome LEGO building challenges and the chance to hang out with other tweens.

Join us for a how-to series on making your very own claymation video.  Claymation is an animation technique using clay figures. Each movement is a new “shot,” and the “shots” are connected together at the end to make a movie.

Ages 3 – 6 with a caregiver Hear a story and make a simple snack. Please inform staff of any food allergies during registration. No older or younger siblings please. Registration is for a 6-week session.

Ages 8 – 12  Floss (like a Boss) your way to the library to drop in on the fun and compete against your friends in a Live Battle Royale. No computers, X-Boxes, Switches, or any other technology needed.
