Join us for our monthly Teen Advisory Group meeting. Come prepared to discuss programming ideas, your favorite reads, video gaming, and more. TAG is a great way to earn service hours and make a difference in your Library community!

Do you enjoy the sweeter things in life? Join us for a tournament of games– all about candy! There will be a Razzle relay, a blindfold jelly bean taste test, a gumdrop construction contest, candy concentration game, and more.

Introverts unite, quietly! This will be a low-key social group where talking isn't required and your presence is enough. 

Every 4th Sunday of the month, we'll put on calm music, and provide a chilled-out atmosphere. 

Do you make items for charities? Bring your projects and meet likeminded makers! New Life for Old Bags, Ryan's Case for Smiles, Project Linus, Loose Ends, and other favorite ways to give back are all welcome.

Variety is the spice of life, so let’s try out a variety of spices! Every other month we will feature a different spice.

Join us as the LWC Madrigal Singers ring in the holiday season with a selection of old and new music. Start your holiday season off with us!

Join the Library's Teen Advisory Group for a special holiday decorating session. Help us deck the Teen Scene with holiday cheer! We will be putting up the tree and making ornaments and decorations. Cookies will be available.

Ages 5-13  Get to know other homeschool families in the area while playing games, trying out hands-on activities, and more!  Siblings are welcome to attend, but activities will be geared towards school-age children.

Look for the Library's Table at Christmas in the Commons! We will have games, prizes, and small crafts!

Join us for a delightful afternoon of singing along to a children's favorite movie musical. Families attending are welcome to bring their own picnic blankets and snacks.  Children must be accompanied by a caregiver.

Always wanted to learn how to sew? Join Rachael as she teaches a different project each month, helping you gain different skills when it comes to sewing with a machine or by hand. Registration required.

Knock out your finals prep at the Library! Drop by Meeting Room A for snacks, and de-stress activities then hang out in Meeting Room B for group studying; no registration necessary*.

Come kick-off Winter Reading with a game of Life-Size Candyland! Can you make it to the end of the rainbow road to collect the candy surprise? Please register as a family; children must be accompanied by an adult.

Looking for something to do on a Thursday night? Look no more! Join us for a brain-busting evening at Beggars Pizza in New Lenox (650 Maple St., New Lenox, IL). Enjoy pizza and drinks and answer questions on a multitude of topics.
