Are you visually impaired, physically disabled or have a reading disability? You may qualify for a free digital audiobook player from the Illinois Talking Books program. You will be able to borrow audiobooks digitally or through the mail. Braille books are also available. Find out which conditions qualify, how to get certified, and how to apply. We will also have devices and audiobooks to try out! Caregivers welcome. Registration requested.
