Why is the topic of Mental Health so taboo? Do you find that you are dealing with new challenges in the time of COVID? Are things bothering you that never used to? Are you noticing a change in friends and family? This is an opportunity to learn some basics about stress, anxiety, and depression as well as some basic positive coping strategies if you or someone you know are feeling any of these things!
By registering for this program, you understand that the content and your involvement in the session may be recorded. The library reserves the right to share the video online. Presenters will make you aware if a program will be recorded and/or shared.
