Outdoor Naturescape at the Library FOR ALL AGES

Hear ye! Hear ye! Calling all noble lords and fair ladies from across the land! Step back into the Middle Ages and go on an adventure! Hear the joyous strains of celebration, while the Jester, “Liverpool the Fool,” entertains with his juggling skills. The Falconer will display and present his birds of prey while educating all assembled regarding the role of these birds in the environment – both in the Middle Ages and in contemporary life! Have your picture taken attired in a Medieval hat, and savor the Medieval atmosphere while Sir Lancaster and Sir Bamford, expound on the role of a Knight in the Middle Ages. Learn about knights’ training, replica Medieval weapons, and watch the children participate in squire competition, followed by a choreographed sword fight!   The Faire will be fun for the whole family. Costumes are encouraged for all. No registration required.
