This group meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6 pm. Learn about using different online databases, breaking through “brick walls,” obtaining vital records, and documenting and organizing your family research. Come share your family research success stories and continue to increase the “branches” on your family tree!
IRAD has seven locations throughout the state of Illinois which hold selected governmental records for many of the counties in Illinois, from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. It is administered by the Illinois State Archives, and includes many records of births, death and marriages, land deeds, voter registers, naturalization records and much more.
By registering for this program, you understand that the content and your involvement in the session may be recorded. The library reserves the right to share the video online. Presenters will make you aware if a program will be recorded and/or shared.
