Get the wellness benefits of yoga without leaving the comfort of your own chair. Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice. We will learn breathing, stretching, mindfulness practices and deep relaxation. Great for those with limited mobility, seniors, office workers, and anyone who would like to learn simple exercises to improve flexibility
