Grades 1 – 4 DIY Video on Facebook, NLPL website, & YouTube Calling all creative kids! Create some awesome art with a step-by-step video to help you create a masterpiece. Polar Art Enjoy winter while making a cool polar bear creation. Registration begins Jan. 18. Participants will be emailed when art bags are ready. Registration is required for an art bag only. Viewing the video does not require registration.
